Caroline Dery

Caroline Dery is an accomplished gender equality, youth, and inclusion specialist with over 13 years of experience in international development, humanitarian relief, and stakeholder engagement. She currently serves as the senior manager, women and youth at TechnoServe Ghana, leading the women and youth portfolio on the Mastercard Foundation-funded HAPPY program. Caroline holds a master’s degree in peace and development studies and a bachelor’s in
community nutrition from the University for Development Studies, Ghana.
