Themba Dlamini of Sdemane Farming holds a package of pattypan squash. Themba, formerly a farm worker, bought the vegetable farm in 2004, but he was unfamiliar with operating a business. TechnoServe helped him improve his operations and connect to regional and export markets, allowing him to create more jobs in his rural community.
