Invest in the enterprising people we serve.
Ways to Give
You have the power to create lasting change. Donor generosity, vision, and commitment fuels work that transforms lives.
Many people leave a gift to charity in their estate plans because they care about the causes that are important in their lives. Putting a legacy gift in place is easy, and it is an impactful way to continue to help enterprising women and men achieve sustained prosperity.
Individuals who make a legacy gift to TechnoServe are welcomed as members of the Ed Bullard Legacy Society, named in honor of our founder. Ed believed strongly in providing a sound financial future for the organization and for the people we serve.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss how a legacy gift will make a meaningful impact in the lives of millions and ensure we are able to strengthen and grow this remarkable organization well into the future.

“Giving to TechnoServe is a way to help resilient people whom we might never meet personally, and thereby contribute to some small degree in the ongoing effort to improve the family of humankind.”
Lynn and Martin Bloom, Ed Bullard Legacy Society Members
Participate in Workplace Giving
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs to match charitable contributions made by their employees. Gift from employee’s spouses and retirees may also qualify for a match.
Workplace giving programs provide an easy way for you to make an impact by making a tax-deductible payroll contribution to TechnoServe. Below are some of the most popular workplace giving programs TechnoServe is partnered with. Be sure to check with your HR department about workplace giving programs available to you.
Benevity streamlines corporate donations to support our mission. Ask if your HR Department if your company is part of the Benevity Group. You may be eligible to enable automatic tax-deductible payroll deductions to TechnoServe, at no extra cost.
Network for Good makes donating easy, allowing donors to give to multiple charities in one transaction. Networks for Good's donor-advised fund securely and efficiently distributes donations to charities each year.
Global Impact enables employees to direct charitable gifts to TechnoServe through public and private sector workplace giving campaigns. Ask your HR Department if your company partners with Global Impact.
“Because of TechnoServe, I now cover the cost of medical insurance for my family, I can pay school fees for my children, I cover all that we need at home – and I even was able to buy us cows.”Emmanuel Manirakiza
Gift of Stock
Gifts to TechnoServe in the form of stocks and other appreciated assets may be an especially attractive way for you to make an impact. Why? Because you can avoid paying the capital gains tax by giving the stocks to TechnoServe as a gift.
