What This Nonprofit Annual Report Includes

This photo essay captures the year’s impact through the people behind the numbers. These images represent 1.2 million beneficiaries who increased their revenue by a combined $489 million last year.

2025 Impact at a Glance

The data shows a shift in who we reach. For the first time, 44% of our participants were women or women-owned businesses. This is our highest percentage to date and a move toward our goal of 50% women. Programs like the Empleos Verdes Arequipa project in Peru drive this change by creating jobs for women and youth within the recycling sector.

We also reached a major milestone in our coffee programs. Since 2009, over one million smallholder coffee farmers have received agronomy training through TechnoServe. These farmers use better techniques to improve their yields and protect their land against a changing climate.

The scale of this work translated into 102,000 new or improved jobs in 2025. We focus on a pragmatic approach that creates a high return on investment. For every $1 invested in our programs, our participants see $5.70 in increased income and wages.

The following collection of images showcases our clients’ resilience and determination. To find the detailed stories and review our financial data, read the report
