With funding from Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, TechnoServe is developing and implementing coffee waste water solutions in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, to reduce river water contamination.

The Economic Development Alliance for San Martín accelerated the transition of the San Martín region of Peru into a sustainable, legal and prosperous economy, increasing employment and incomes while promoting good stewardship of natural resources.

In partnership with McDonald’s, TechnoServe implemented a four-year initiative to sustainably improve coffee farmers’ income and yields using climate-resilient practices.

TechnoServe helped coffee producer groups become more profitable by growing and selling lucrative specialty coffee. Using tools such as traceability software and quality management systems, TechnoServe business advisors trained the producers in industry best practices.

The Connected Farmer Alliance (CFA) is a public-private partnership that seeks to promote commercially sustainable mobile agriculture solutions and increase productivity and revenues for 500,000 smallholder farmers across Kenya, Tanzania and Mozambique. The program also aims to increase revenues for agribusinesses and agricultural value chain service providers.
