Tools for Making Businesses More Gender-Inclusive
The Women IN Business program developed a set of tools to help businesses create a gender-equality policy, deliver gender training, and conduct a gender analysis
The Women IN Business (WIN) Program, a five-year initiative implemented by TechnoServe and financed by the Embassy of Sweden in Mozambique, seeks to economically empower women in Mozambique by enabling their participation in the economy. As part of that effort, it developed three tools to help companies be more gender-inclusive:
- Creating a Gender Equality Policy: How It Can Help Your Organization and How to Do It (August 2021)
- Delivering a Gender Awareness Training: How It Can Help Your Organization and How to Do It (November 2021)
- Conducting a Gender Analysis: How It Can Help Your Business and How to Do It (April 2022)
