NOVA Digital Hubs

With the support of The Coca-Cola Foundation, we are leading NOVA Digital Hubs in Mexico, Morocco, and Nigeria, where more than 3,000 entrepreneurs are already receiving free training in finance, sales, and digital marketing.  This program empowers young entrepreneurs in emerging markets to strengthen their knowledge and unlock greater opportunities for growth.

Crece Academy

In Colombia, we work alongside the Chamber of Commerce and the Santo Domingo Foundation in Barranquilla to strengthen local entrepreneurs. Through CRECE ACADEMY, we provide training in digital marketing with the goal of helping business owners increase their sales and make the most of digital tools to grow their businesses.

DIGISHARA is a program in Kenya that supports duka owners and small retailers by providing them with digital tools and practical training. Through this initiative, local shopkeepers strengthen their business management skills, improve sales, and access opportunities to achieve long-term growth and resilience.

Impulsa

In El Salvador, we partner with Óptima, a savings and credit society, to provide its clients with a program designed to optimize financial resources. Through a specialized finance bootcamp, we help entrepreneurs improve their financial habits and grow their businesses in a sustainable way.

The TamFarms Story

In Lagos and Ogun State, Nigeria, Damilola Afolabi runs TamFarms Oven Dried Catfish, an agro-processing business with the ambition to make high-quality, ready-to-use catfish a household name in Nigeria.

But she faced a major challenge: she didn’t fully understand her customers’ needs. Without tailored packaging or targeted sales strategies, she was losing clients and struggling to build loyalty. Her online presence was irregular, and sales hovered around $300 with 35 monthly customers

The Transformation

When Damilola enrolled in the NOVA Digital Hubs program, she completed four courses that reshaped how TamFarms operated:
Posting consistently on social media to boost visibility.

Using Canva and ChatGPT to create engaging content. Upselling and cross-selling to different customer segments. Gaining a clear understanding of her value proposition.

As a result, monthly sales rose to $400, and her customer base grew to 45 active clients with a steady flow of new leads.

The Impact

Today, TamFarms has built a stronger digital footprint and credibility in the competitive agribusiness market.Damilola now structures her finances to pay herself a salary, designs proactive sales strategies, and connects with customers in meaningful ways.

She reflects: “Before, I used to send reminders to my customers. Now, because of my constant online presence, they reach out themselves to make inquiries. The training has been transformational… It gave me a roadmap to scale TamFarms, compete more effectively, and position our brand as a household name.”
