Charitable Remainder Trusts

With a charitable remainder trust, you or other named individuals can receive an income derived from your trust for life or a period not to exceed 20 years. After, the trust’s balance goes to TechnoServe and any other named charities.

Charitable Lead Trust

A charitable lead trust makes an annual payment to TechnoServe for a period of years, and then at the end of the term the remaining assets go to your children or other beneficiaries.

Retirement Plan Beneficiary Designation

Changing your beneficiary designation to include TechnoServe is as simple as filling out a beneficiary form from your plan provider. You may receive significant tax savings by naming a charity as a beneficiary of your retirement plan rather than a non-charity.
