TechnoServe’s work fighting poverty around the world wouldn’t be possible without its talented, dedicated staff, grateful that the work they do brings them meaning every day. We employ more than 1,200 people, 90% of whom are from the country where they work. Our staff combine business expertise with local knowledge, context, and relationship building to help hardworking men and women generate income, jobs, and wealth for their families and communities.

HR Team Dinner in Cape Town, South Africa

I’m grateful for the opportunity to travel to Cape Town for our HR Retreat! Having a global HR team means we aren’t always able to come together. I’m grateful for spending time with the team reflecting on our accomplishments, strategizing for 2024, and enjoying each other’s company. Personally, I’m grateful for getting to watch my kids grow and do what they love. It’s so joyful to witness them experiencing their passions and talents.” – Rachel B., Recruiting Director
