Jean-Marc Duvoisin currently advises several start-ups and serves on non-profit boards in the sustainability sector.

Before retiring from Nestlé which he joined in 1986, he was Senior VP of Strategic Business Partnerships, Joint Ventures and Brand Licensing at Nestlé. Previously, Jean-Marc served as Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Nespresso SA from March 2013 till December 2019. In 2010, he became Deputy Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Centre Administration and a member of the Nestlé Executive Board. He was Director of Corporate Human Resources at Nestlé since 2007. Jean-Marc also served as Chairman of the Nestlé Pension Funds for five years.

Jean-Marc holds an MSc in Economy from Lausanne University HEC, an International Economics Degree from Inst. Univ (HEI), Geneva, and an MA in Political Science from Lausanne University. A Swiss and Italian citizen, he is married with two children and speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
