Gabriela joined TechnoServe as the Mexico Country Director in 2011 and quickly became a sought-after manager and partner thanks to her exceptional people skills, relationship management, and analytics. During her decade of leading our Mexico operations, she guided our team to improve the livelihoods of tens of thousands of people, in partnership with Walmart, Danone, and other key stakeholders. In 2022, Gabriela joined the Strategic Initiatives team as Senior Director to expand our corporate partnerships in Latin America. Prior to joining TechnoServe, Gabriela was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and earned a master’s in local economic development from London School of Economics.
