Divyangana (Divy) Kumar

Divyangana Kumar (Divy) is the Managing Director, Food Service NA for Food Solutions Americas.

Since joining the company in 2013, she has held roles in Corporate Strategy and Development, Transformation Management Office, Strategic Pricing, and Commercial. Divy’s professional journey has taken her to various Cargill offices worldwide, including Singapore, Belgium, Netherlands, and Minneapolis.

Prior to Cargill, she gained experience in operations and supply chain at Aditya Birla Group (ABG), in Asia.

Divy earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian School of Business.

Outside of work, she finds joy in reading, yoga, hiking, and spending time in nature with her husband, Nikhil and energetic 3-year-old daughter, Nyra.

 Her core values include staying true to her commitments and always striving to give her best effort. She firmly believes that there are no shortcuts to success; hard work is indispensable. She welcomes new challenges in the workplace and places a high value on collaboration.
