Charles Moore is a former Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Trilantic Capital Partners. His primary focus is on investments in the consumer sector. Charlie joined Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking (LBMB) in 2008 and was concurrently a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers. Charlie has led Trilantic North America’s investments in SRAM LLC, Fortitech Inc., Implus Corporation and Nixon Inc. Prior to joining LBMB, Charlie worked at The Carlyle Group, where he was a Managing Director in Carlyle’s middle-market buyout and growth equity fund. Previously, Charlie was a Managing Director of Perseus LLC, a Washington-based private equity firm. Earlier in his career, Charlie practiced law at Williams & Connolly, clerked at the United States Supreme Court and worked in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and Mercer Management Consulting.

Charlie is currently Chairman of the Board of Implus Corporation and a director of SRAM LLC, Fortitech Inc. and Nixon Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School.

Charlie holds an A.B. (magna cum laude) from Princeton University, a M.St. from Oxford University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Order of the Coif and a Nathan Abbott Scholar.
