Insights into Effective Enterprise Development
Researchers interviewed hundreds of graduates from TechnoServe’s EMERGE and Impulsa tu Empresa programs in Chile and Central America — nearly half of whom had completed the programs more than five years earlier and had navigated the COVID-19 pandemic after graduation. In total, 69% of participating entrepreneurs reported increased revenues due to the programs, and about half said their businesses are still in operation because of the support they received.
