In Kenya, the vitamins and minerals added to Wheat flour are:

Vitamin A          Vitamin A palmitate
                   B1: Thiamine Mononitrate
Vitamin B complex  B2: Riboflavin
                   B3: Niacin amide
Iron               Folates: Folic acid
Zinc               B6:Pyrodoxine
                   Vit. B12 0.1 % Water Soluble (WS)
                   Ferrous fumerate
                   Zinc Oxide
