Enhancing the business model’s Effectiveness

            The assumptions used in building the model are based
            on facts and evidence;
            The components of the business model are explicitly
            defined;
            Resources are devoted to the critical success factors
            identified in the model;
            It is focused on the competitive advantages of the firm
            and focuses it on the customer and the product;
            It is focused on the eventual results.
