Formerly on Wall Street, Evelyn originally honed her fundraising skills during four years as Director of Special Projects at the Environmental Defense Fund in New York City. Evelyn has been involved with TechnoServe for more than 20 years. Her experiences seeing TechnoServe’s work first-hand in Rwanda in 1990-91 made a lasting impression. Her other service activities in the field have included construction work with the Carib Indians on the island of Dominica and work with a remote rural trade school on the island of Ponape, Micronesia. Evelyn has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University, a BA and MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Evelyn lives in London and New York with her husband and their two children.
