As TechnoServe’s Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean, based in Lima, Peru, Andrei Belyi is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s operations across more than 10 countries in the region.
Prior to joining TechnoServe in 2013, Andrei was an independent consultant based in London, servicing a variety of clients globally with a focus on emerging markets. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, specializing in Latin American markets.
Andrei holds a B.S. in Economics and Spanish Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Andrei is married with two children, ages 5 and 2. He is a native of Russia.
