Venezuela to grow their small businesses and encourage income growth and sustainability. The program focused on small businesses that benefit people at the base of the economic pyramid by generating jobs and markets while also increasing the supply of high-quality, affordable goods and services. TechnoServe and its local partners worked with high-potential entrepreneurs to develop effective business plans, while Cargill offered opportunities to participate in its supply chain.
