Nile Sprague, a photographer who has captured many excellent images of TechnoServe’s work, recently visited some of our programs in Côte d’Ivoire, where he got a glimpse of what it takes to process a cashew. As he said, he will never again eat a cashew without thinking about all of the labor that went into its production. Nile put together this video from a cashew processing plant in Touba, Côte d’Ivoire:
